1. Project Cancellation by the Client
Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances for cases where the client cancels the project after placing an order or after partial work has been delivered.

In rare cases where Pro Web Solutions is unable to fulfill a project due to unforeseen internal circumstances, the client will be notified immediately and a fair and proportionate refund will be issued based on the unutilized portion of the service.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

• Logo design or branding

• Mobile app development
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Domain registration, hosting, and third-party tools or services
