Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all website design services provided by Pro Web Solutions.
Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available within 7 days of contract signing if work has not commenced.Partial refunds are available based on the stage of project completion:
- 80% refund if the project is in the initial design phase.
- 50% refund if the project is in the development phase.
- No refunds once the project is completed and delivered.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us via email at info@prowebsolutions.co.in with your order details. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
Domain name registration fees.
Hosting services.
Third-party services procured on behalf of the client.
Return of Digital Assets
Upon approval of a refund, any digital assets provided must be deleted and not used by the client.
Exceptions
Custom services that have specific refund terms outlined in the contract are exceptions to this policy
Cancellation Policy
Scope of Policy
- This policy applies to all website design services provided by Pro Web Solutions.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Clients can cancel the service at any stage of the project.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@prowebsolutions.co.in.
3. Cancellation by Pro Web Solutions
- Pro Web Solutions reserves the right to cancel the project if the client fails to provide necessary information or feedback within the specified timeframe.
- Refunds for cancellations initiated by Pro Web Solutions will be provided based on the stage of project completion as outlined in the Refund and Return Policy.
4. Refund for Cancellation
- If the client cancels the project, a refund will be issued based on the Refund and Return Policy.
5. Project Stoppage
- Work on the project will cease immediately upon receipt of the cancellation request.
- Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be provided to the client in its current state.
6. Re-engagement
- If the client wishes to resume the project after cancellation, a new contract must be signed, and additional fees may apply.
